John van Heumen
Managing Director, docdata fulfilment
John van Heumen is currently UK Managing Director of Docdata Fulfilment and Docdata Ecommerce, with an extensive background in logistics and supply chain management.
Prior to docdata, John held several executive roles within Fulfilment operations, among others with multi-channel Toy retailer Tobar, Book-distributor TBS/Random House and FMCG manufacturer Targus. Before moving to the UK, he spent 10 years with Schenker Netherlands working within the logistic service industry on clients as IBM, Sony, Acer, Philips, ICL and Targus, in support of their European distribution operations.

Andrew Starkey
Founder and lead consultant for Spiral4
Andrew Starkey is the founder and lead consultant for Spiral4… and is retained by IMRG (the UKs trade body for e-retail) as its Head of e-Logistics. Andrew provides a unique perspective on the world of parcels, packets and postal logistics with over 30 years’ experience gained in both commercial and regulatory environments where he has held senior commercial roles in Royal Mail, served as an Executive Director of Postcomm and as the Commercial Director of Jersey Post International. Most recently, working with IMRG he has produced a number of market leading reports and surveys and he is the author of the IMRG Docdata International Fulfilment Guide. Andrew is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Institute of Direct Marketing and a recognised expert on the postal affairs and e-retail home delivery. |

Walter Blackwood
Walter Blackwood has led the development of three UK parcel delivery networks, Parcelnet (now Hermes), HDNL (now Yodel) and most recently Collect+. During his 15 years at the forefront of B2C Logistics he has worked with most of the major retail organisations in the UK and now brings that experience to the wider market through his own consultancy business.

Niels van Santen, International Sales, Docdata Payments
Niels started his career within the ICT Security market, where he was the representative for the security brands Sophos and Marshal in the Benelux. With a University background in Economics and Business, Niels decided to explore new grounds and was eventually approached by a representative from the payment industry. The switch was not without success, as he became Docdata Payments employee of the year in his first year. He is currently working on introducing new payment channels (eg. giftcards, mobile payments) into the European markets.

Markus Harder, Head of UK, Zalando
Markus is currently the Head of UK for Zalando GmbH and director of Zalando Ltd.
Prior to joining Zalando he studied for his PhD in Management Science at the University of Cambridge. He was an associate at Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking and later Investment Management practice in London where he worked on transactions of large pan-European and German real estate portfolios as well as real estate operating companies. He teaches courses in management science, data analysis and financial modeling.
