James is a co-founder of 10CMS and is responsible for company strategy, product development, sales and marketing. James has held senior roles with leading business consulting, system integration and digital media business in the UK including Detica, LBi, Sapient and Marchfirst.
His experience is with all aspects of leading consumer and eCommerce brands such as Reckitt Benckiser, Home Retail Group, Opodo, Shell, GE, Comet, Redcats and Boots.
James has been commercially involved with the Internet and digital media since he left York University in 1994 to found Meta-media consulting, one of the UK’s first providers of internet and web solutions.
Craig Harper-Ashton, Head of eCommerce, Salmon

Craig has worked at Salmon for six and a half years as the company's Head of eCommerce Delivery. During this time he has led the delivery of the largest eCommerce projects in the UK most notably for Argos, Homebase, Boots and Halfords. Previously Craig was Technical Director at Reveda Ltd and Logsys Solutions.

Steve has been designing websites and in particular eCommerce websites since the industry began and is now Global Creative Director for Venda® a position he has held since its start back in 2000. Previous employers include Saatchi & Saatchi and Underground BLC where at the later of which he headed up New Media.
With Venda® emerging as one of the Global leaders within eCommerce Steve has his work cut out with his time being split between London and New York while working on some of the biggest names on and off the high street including, Universal Music, Monsoon, De Beers, Heal's, BBC, The British Museum, Panasonic and Tesco's to name a few.
With so much time these days spent working on checkout flows or 'pixel painting' its nice to see Steve still likes to get his hands dirty with some traditional design skills as we understand he has some playing card designs at the V&A Museum – let’s hope he has something up his sleeve for the Internet Retailing workshop.

As Chief Technology Officer, John directs LBi’s technical strategy with an eye towards innovation and excellence Joining LBi in 2000 John has 14 years experience in developing technical architecture and delivering digital solutions. As an early pioneer in internet technology, John has led the development of a wide range of technology solutions, which now support businesses across a variety of sectors. He has also written many white papers on search technologies and information management. John is particularly knowledgeable on the use of web technology to serve business aims with an emphasis on improving eCommerce, scaling platforms and managing costs of ownership. Passionate about technology and its possibilities, John prides himself on keeping in-touch with the latest technology developments with a particular focus upon how these might impact upon and facilitate clients’ needs and aspirations. These insights into a multitude of digital technologies are used to great effect in enabling clients make the right technology choices at the right time.
Mark Allardice, Head of Creative, Pod1

Mark has over 12 years online and ecommerce experience and has headed up the creative team at Pod1 for the last 5 years. He has previously worked across a wide range of sectors for clients that include Coca-Cola, Lotus Cars,
Ebookers, Toshiba and Hertz. He has won numerous awards and in 2006 his work on Mr and Mrs Smith, the luxury boutique hotel guide was awarded an honoree at the prestigious Webbys. He is passionate about digital and ecommerce and prides himself in creating innovative, commercially led solutions for his clients. Mark has designed and art directed for numerous clients at Pod1 that include, Uniqlo, Links of London, Tescos, Virgin Holidays, Net-a-Porter, Reiss, Jigsaw and Matthew Williamson to name a few.
