  • Build a comprehensive customer profile
  • Personalise across mediums – from your own website to email, call centres and display ads

Speaker details:
Ross Stoner,Solution Consultant, Coremetrics

As a Solution Consultant at Coremetrics, Ross is responsible for the pre-sales support and liaison between the sales and technical teams. He joined Coremetrics from Digital River where he gained extensive experience working with ecommerce, bid management, email, affiliate and web analytics software. Ross holds a BSc (Hons) degree in robotics and computer systems from the University of Plymouth.
